I was initially hesitant about the size of the rooms, but I was really surprised by how clean and nice they actually were. The soundproofing in the rooms was really good, as I didn't hear any noise from the nearby road. The staff, especially Kenau, were helpful and were great too assist me, even helping with my flight registration. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many tourist areas and surrounded by restaurants. I highly recommend Cheya Besiktas Hotel & Suites- Special Category for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is located in a very lively neighborhood, close to Beşiktaş stadium and major sites that are just packed with attractions. The staff were attentive, making the check-in process smooth and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with amazing views of the park. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the hotel was conveniently located close to a bus station. The breakfast provided was also very nice.

The value for money at this hotel is impressive. With affordable prices, you get an excellent service and attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. The location is also a big plus, as it is close to a metro station and has plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, making you feel right at home. The rooms, especially those with a balcony, are cozy and equipped with very comfortable beds.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is nothing that could be improved.

The hotel is located in a lively area, close to Besiktas center with a great variety of restaurants. The room was clean and the bathroom had a large shower. The staff provided good service and were helpful with recommendations. The hotel is within walking distance to the ferries, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel is far away from any metro station, making it less accessible for those traveling by public transport.

Convenient location near ferryboat pier and airport bus station. Helpful staff, including a fluent English-speaking receptionist. Good view from the room, with Bosfor visible. Late check out and baby cot available. Close proximity to Papa John's pizzeria for fresh pizza.
